How do you keep fresh Cilantro(Coriander)? I used to pick off what I needed at one time and stick the rest in the fridge...but,it would wilt all to soon before I was able to use more of it. So,usually I only used very little,the rest went in the garbage! I have dried it before but,I love the taste and smell of it fresh. I now keep it in water on the counter or above my sink on a shelf...it looks pretty is aromatic and retains its taste better.....I change the water daily and rinse off the stems as well...just thought I would share a little kitchen tip with you......blessings,Shelley
