Holly Hobbie ?

Found this sweet doll from the 1970's at a thrift shop for .35  cents...she isn't tagged but,I believe she is Holly Hobbie or a friend....I went here to this website and found something I wasn't aware of. I did not know that, the creator of this doll had the actual name of Holly Hobbie...Now,I do...interesting to me!
She is a sweet old doll and was well loved by some little girl,I'm sure! The little wooden horse was a find from GW. Part of his mouth is missing but,I couldn't resist his charm...it is very old.

I also wanted to share this vintage Borden's egg carton with you...I bought it from the Antique Mall Regina and I visited recently. There was a stack of them, someone must of came across a whole case of them...they are selling them for a dollar each....it was flat and had to be assembled as you see it here. I was afraid I was going to tear it as I was putting it together.

Does anyone remember these type of cartons being used to sell eggs in? Seems like I do but,it is a faint memory so,I am not sure.

I think I am feeling just a bit better today...very thankful for that :) Blessings,Shelley
