I have had these sweet Beatrix Potter tins for a good while now...I picked them up at one of my favorite thrift stores for .25 cents each....I use them to store craft supplies in but, decided to bring them out for Easter....I am not doing much decorating this year, just a little! These sweet illustrations are so nostalgic for me....I remember going to the library as a child, heading right for the shelve that held all the little Beatrix Potter books...I would scoop them up in my arms and head for the table to sit and enjoy them.

These little cottages are salt and peppers...found them when Regina and I went to the flea market recently.
They look like they could have been in the pages of Miss Potter's sweet books :)
Don't you think so ?
I am linking this post to Rednesday over at Sue's blog"It's a very Cherry World".....If you would like to go visit her and other bloggers who are posting on Rednesday go here.
Thanks for stopping by today...blessings,Shelley
